Yossi Cohen

Yossi has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, in which he focused on developing tools solutions for reengineering, integration, and database technologies. Yossi was previously the founder and CEO of Alexandria - a database migration technology company whose customers include Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney, CitiBank, Daimler-Chrysler, and New York State. Alexandria was acquired by BluePhoenix (NASDAQ: BPHX) in 2002. Before that Yossi was the founder and CEO of Predicate Software, a professional services company specializing in complex migration and integration projects. Yossi was also a software engineer and DBA at Formula (NASDAQ: FORTY), and Jacada (NASDAQ: JCDA). Yossi holds a B.Sc. Cum Laude and a M.Sc. Summa Cum Laude in Computer Sciences, both from the Tel Aviv University. Yossi is currently completing his Ph.D., which describes a framework for building database software analysis tools.
Arad Naveh

Arad has extensive operating and venture capital experience in Silicon Valley and Israel. At Benchmark, Arad led several investments in the areas of Enterprise IT, Networking and Internet Infrastructure. Prior to Benchmark, Arad was a director of business development at Cisco, where he was responsible for investment and M&A activity in Israel from 2000-2002. In a former position, Arad was the founder and CEO of Class Data, which was acquired by Cisco in May 1998. Arad holds a BSc Cum Laude in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Ben Gurion University in Israel.
Udi Ziv
Chief Product Officer - NICE systems
Mr Udi Ziv currently serves as Chief Product Officer at NICE systems, a position he has held since October 2008.
Prior to joining NICE, Mr. Ziv held several senior executive positions with SAP AG from 2001 until 2007. Those positions included General Manager of SAP's Small Business Solutions; Managing Director of SAP Labs Israel; and Vice President responsible for the research & development of the SAP Portal product.Before joining SAP, Mr. Ziv was one of the original members and head of the global R&D team at Top Tier Software, a leading enterprise portal company which was acquired by SAP in 2001.
Meirav Har-Noy
Director of Investments and Strategy - Tamares Group
Ms. Meirav Har-Noy is a Director of Investments and Strategy at Tamares Group. She also serves as an Investment Manager at Tamares Private Equity, which she joined in August 2007. Prior to this, Ms. Har-Noy was a Principal at BlueRun Ventures, where she was based in the firm's Herzelia office. She also was a Principal at Apax Partners. Ms. Har-Noy joined Apax Partners in 2004 and was based at the firm's office in Israel. She also developed the Israeli office strategy and served as a Senior Member of Apax worldwide Wireless Focus Group. Prior to this, Ms. Har-Noy worked at Intel Capital for approximately seven years, most recently as a Strategic Investment Manager. She managed Intel Capital's cellular and wireless investments in Israel, Europe, and United States. Her role included the responsibility for shaping Intel Capital's investment strategy in those areas. Prior to that, Ms. Har-Noy was a Program Manager of the semiconductor segment of the "supplier business development" program of Intel, managing joint development programs between Israeli companies and Intel Corporation. She was a Director at Go Networks Inc. and Power Paper Ltd. Ms. Har-Noy received an M.B.A. from the Ben-Gurion University and a B.A in Economics and Political Science from the Bar-Ilan University.
