Panaya Challenges SAPPHIRE Attendees to Save a 1,000-Acre Wood
(Menlo Park, Calif., May 5, 2009) Leading provider of SAP upgrade automation tools PanayaTM announced a green initiative aimed at conserving 1,000 acres of forest with the help of attendees at the upcoming SAPPHIRE Orlando conference.

Conference visitors will be given special conservation cards for them to return to Panaya's booth #357. For every three cards returned, Panaya promises to conserve an acre of forest via Conservation International. The company's goal is to conserve 1,000 acres of forest by the end of the show.

"This year, we decided to avoid the common tradeshow giveaways and do something special to offset the carbon emission associated with conferences," explained Amit Bendov, Panaya's chief marketing officer. "We're calling all SAPPHIRE Orlando attendees to help us protect the forests by taking part in the 1,000-Acre Wood conservation challenge. It's easy, it's fun, and it's the right thing to do."

Panaya will be conserving trees, demonstrating its SAP ERP upgrade automation products, conducting scheduled education sessions and launching a new product for simplifying the implementation of SAP Support Packages in booth #357 at the upcoming SAPPHIRE 2009 show in Orlando, May 11-14.
